Visualizing Your Business Growth
Torelli Mixed Media proudly sponsored Huntington Chamber of Commerce Arts & Experiences Committee's "Visualizing Your Business Growth" event!
About the Event
Attendees had the chance to network and listen in on a presentation by Jose Tutiven, the Executive Director of Colored Colors. Jose discussed how he built up Colored Colors with the mission of connecting local artists with the community by staying true to his values. He cited consistency and connections as just a couple of his pillars to success. By staying consistent, you keep your audience engaged and communicate reliability to your audience. Maintaining connections gives your business the foundational network it needs to succeed long term. He shared his story of how he created his own lane to be able to showcase his artwork. This blossomed into what is now Colored Colors.
The evening wrapped up with an interactive demonstration by Bri Sander, the Director of Education and Community Outreach at UpSculpt. She led attendees through the making of their very own upcycled sculpture. Bri explained UpSculpt’s mission to educate the public about the marine debris pollution crisis via creative visual representations.
Torelli Mixed Media takes great pride in supporting local businesses on Long Island that stand for noble causes such as community engagement and environmental justice.

By combining sculpting and upcycling, UpSculpt offers engaging workshops and events that help clean our beaches and prevent wasteful marine pollution. They educate the public on the dangers of plastic pollution to the environment/human health, and how we can implement more sustainable practices in our daily life for short and long-term solutions.
